Factory Audit Before placing an order with a factory, importer should ask such questions as: Is it a factory? Where is the factory located? What is factory production capacity? Expediting service In the past expediting only work as a corrective measures and not play a preventive role. Today, expediting has become an necessary part of the procurement process. However, as the project plans and pricing has become more and more risky, expediting service become a necessary part of the project plan to ensure timely delivery.
Expediting is a continual process that begin from order to product delivery. The main purpose is to ensure that the goods and relevant documents are delivered to the client in a timely manner. Hurry or influence service inspection activities, the experienced expediter will implement this service in case of influence by inspection activities, and fully understand the requirements of the order, so he can be together with producers in limited manpower and finance minimize the time of each process stage. Based on customer requirements, expediting service can be applied to various stages of the project, such as making, assembling, correcting, material test, shipping and packaging, and document submission.

Pre-production Inspection Our inspector conducts pre-production inspection prior to mass production, or at the beginning of the production process.
The Initial Production check allows an early prevention of defective materials/components/accessories and timely corrections if needed.

In-process inspection Our inspector conducts In-production inspection when at least 20%-30% of an order has been completed. It can uncover problems during actual production and ensure that contractual obligations are being met. It also helps you determine whether the production process is on schedule.

Pre-shipment Inspection/ Final Random Inspection It takes place when the products are 100% completed, packed and ready for shipment. We use AQL sampling and statistical analysis to evaluate the lot to your standard of acceptability. We will document all non-conformities with pictures and a full statistical report, which will promptly be available on the Internet for your convenient and private use. Our report will help insure that when your container arrives there will not be any bad surprises.

Container Loading Inspection After the Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) get passed, inspector will organize and survey the loading work, recording the loading data. The working site could be at factory base, at the forwarder's warehouse, at the storage yard, or some other location. Inspector will also inspect the container quality before loading, and unqualified container would be rejected to load, and another qualified container will be requested to exchange. It can guarantee the finished and packed goods meet your specifications and are securely loaded for shipment.
